My complaint to BBB. Like many others we have used AtoB fuel cards and even bumped to a paid subscription for about a year now. I had 1 payment that hit before a deposit and went thru the exact same thing others have described in getting my account restored only for them to say I have to prepay which voids the reason for even having a fuel card. I can use my own money thanks. If anyone at AtoB was remotely smart they would unfreeze the account after the past due payment was paid as long as the account is current. Which was my case. I had never missed a payment. They are cutting their own throats and could continue to bring in revenue if they had a customer service department that actually offers real support and not just an answering service and note passer. They refuse to cancel my account immediately. There is NO WAY to unlink your bank account in the software and they have access to your balance at any time. NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK IN ANY TIMELY FASHION IF AT ALL! AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A POS.
We switched our primary account before the due date. They pulled from an incorrect account, got on the phone told us that they pulled from the wrong account but also told us that there was NOTHING they could do about the extra charges or allow me to speak with anyone. This is not the first issue with them. Their system is FLAWED! Definitely not customer friendly! I have been using them for almost a year now and I have NEVER seen the benefits they say in the beginning.
