There was a small scratch on the backplate when I first opened it. I contacted them, and they promptly sent a replacement and covered the return shipping. Mistakes happen, but their response was commendable.

Disappointing quality.

The watch dial had a much lower resolution than shown on the website. The materials feel cheap and lightweight. The tiny screwdriver provided for resizing the bracelet is useless. I am very dissatisfied with this watch.
