If it breaks, you fix it as a provider! Not asking the customer to do it yourself.

5 star service provider and customer service without any hidden bs like some service providers have and reliable performance from paid service. This has been the best EU provider so far for the price range and i've started using these kind of services over 20 years ago. They have connections to US/Canada and Asia also that might be as good as EU servers and if so that's great!
