One of the most worst experiences ever by this company it’s totally fraud they said my order is delivered at night 9:15 pm everyone was in my home but nobody received my order and when I call them they said it’s already received and they give me number to contact the person who received my number and the number is my own how disgusting I haven’t even received my order. For everyone I request not believe this page. Totally unsatisfied with this express.
Dreadfull. No Support. Never answer the phone. Days to answer emails. And poor excuse that the address was incorrect - where I have never had an issue before. Avoid at all cost!
Worst carrier company ever existed. You cant contact them via phone or email, they will not answer. You wont recieve your parcel if its delivered by them, it means they steal it. Hope that bigger companys sue them and they close doors soon. 🖕
Don't trust this company. I waited for several days for a delivery and each day received a message saying they could not deliver as there was an "incidence". I eventually received an email saying my package had been delivered. THIS IS UNTRUE!
