I bought the 8mm belcher 9ct gold set and I absolutely adore it. The bracelet was initially too small, but they were more than willing to replace it with a larger size. I had high hopes for this company after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, I fell for their BOGOF offer. I didn't need the extra item but couldn't return it due to this policy. The quality is cheap and subpar; even costume jewelry is better. It's so bad that I would be embarrassed to wear it in public. I truly don't understand how they have such good reviews, and it's disgraceful to be out of pocket this time of year. Don't purchase anything from these scammers.
The jewellers were holding a giveaway on social media, and when I entered, I received a request to leave a review on a review platform for an extra entry. I did so and was announced the winner, but they denied my prize, claiming my account looked like a bot. Most reviews seem to be from people wanting to win something, but if you win, there’s no guarantee of receiving your prize. Save your time and money; they are not trustworthy.
This place is a scam. The links are poorly assembled, making it last only about a week. The insides of the links on the necklace are silver, and the quality is very low—definitely not worth wearing. Additionally, the clip on the other necklace I bought broke as soon as I took it out of the box. I reached out to them, but they showed no interest at all. I can't emphasize enough how much this company is scamming people.
I bought a 'gold filled' rope chain during a 2 for 1 promotion, paying a total of £134 including shipping. The chain I received was not the same color as advertised on their website; it looked like the cheap ones available on social media for £15-£30. The color was tacky, and when I tried to return it, I was told I couldn't get a refund due to the promotion. I was offered an exchange instead. What a waste of money right before Christmas, coupled with very poor customer service. From now on, I'm sticking to 100% real solid gold.
I won the large pyramid ring during the day two giveaway and selected a 10mm 30” tulip chain, which arrived the next day without delays! I transformed it into a bracelet myself, but they are definitely the best—everyone should buy from them! 💯👍🏼
