I ordered two sets (one was for a Christmas gift) but did not arrive in time. So I asked to return it, as well as the one set for myself that I was displeased with. Even though one had not been opened, did not arrive in time (took over two weeks to receive it), they make you pay the shipping to return the unused item. So they gave me a 30% refund, because it cost more for me to return it than it was worth.

DON'T DO IT, IT'S A TRAP

I thought I'd treat myself and buy a Browpro Simone Stamp for my very thin eyebrows. That was the way we plucked them when I was young. They don't grow back as well. Anyway I went onto the Browpro Simone Stamp website and clicked on the button that I would like one stamp and preferred powder shade and shape of brow stamp and thought I was paying USD$8.99 for the 1 stamp and powder plus shipping. Well next thing I know I'm apparently buying a set of 3 stamps and the powders for USD$51 plus the original one and also signing up for regular payments to receive more brow stamps!!! Well this was all news to me and after doing some research I found it has happened to a lot of other people as well. I think they make their website a little confusing just to get you to click on stuff you didn't ask for in the first place. Anyway I emailed them and their first response was to offer 25 % of the USD$51 back. Well I politely told them no and requested the full amount back and to remove the regular payments that they were going to take from my credit card. Luckily I use PayPal so they do not have my credit card details. Tonight I received another email, we'll give you 50% of the USD$51 back!! Once again I told them no, I want the full amount back to my PayPal account. In the meantime I reported what they were doing to PayPal and they put a stop on the credit card so that can't take any more payments out in the future. PayPal are supposedly trying to get my money back so we will see what happens. Nothing happens quickly except the taking of money from your account. It's like lightning!!! Anyway anyone that would like to throw some of their money their way go to their tricky little website and you'll have the privilege of a ton of brow stamps too.

Best eyebrow transformation

A wonderful company with wonderful staff and product. When I had an issue, (I ordered the wrong thing) The company was more than happy to replace it at no additional cost to me. You don’t find that too often these days and I say thank you so very much.The product is amazing. I’ve been self-conscious of my pencil, thin eyebrows for years and this has changed me dramatically. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Great product but even better customer…

Great product but even better customer service. Unfortunately can't afford a subscription right now, however, they were so nice and helpful cancel my subscription for me and very pleasant. It's rare these days to get great customer service, especially when you are cancelling with a company, I am pleased with this product and with this experience.
