Amazing experience with Auctioneera. We completed the sale of 2 properties with them. The first one went without issue but the second sale unfortunately fell through. The only reason we even knew there was an issue was because of Auctioneeras pro active chasing. If it had not been for them we could have lost weeks waiting for the information. Once we found the issue Auctioneera re advertised the property immediately. Due to the original sale falling through (buyer issue) we really needed a quick sale. The estate agent (Lee) really listened to us and went above and beyond and managed to close sales and have everyone in for Christmas. He never lied to us throughout the process and did say it was very ambitious for the short turnaround but he advised every buyer of our expectations and when sale agreed there was no surprise’s for anyone. Fees were exactly as advertised and a fantastic job done by both Lee and Alex (customer care team).
Good call today regarding the house viewing. The agent was clear and helpful, confirmed the property details, availability, and viewing time. All key questions were answered, and next steps were clearly agreed. Viewing is confirmed as scheduled.
