From the outset Auctioneera were incredibly efficient and professional. I bought a property through Auctioneera and found everyone to be really helpful. The agent, Lee was very professional, friendly and informative. I met him at a couple of viewings. When it came to finalising the sale, he went out of his way to make sure things ran smoothly. Victor, Grace and everyone in the office were also very helpful and patient. As a buyer, the ability to see the offers on line made the process feel more transparent. The boxed off time frame with a date and time for final offers worked well. If you’re committed to buying a property you or someone who can bid on your behalf has to be available to make the final online offer as it can turn into a bidding war during the last half hour.
