bought a dual 3090 a couple years ago, still works fine today. fair pricing and neat cable management & build. for $3000 or so bulding a dual gpu setup yourself would've been a pain unless you have experience with that. and no way for that price either unless you have friends sourcing you cheap parts under market price.
the lack of order updates at the time was indeed unnerving, and i emailed them about the order status which they replied to next day with ls photo of the build in progress, and follow up questions which they replied to as well. communication is there, but it could be more proactive regarding build status, because they are not a major brand and it makes you wonder if you just got played placing a big order with an unfamilar website for a good deal price - fortunately that wasnt the case, they are selling real stuff and they are still around today...despite the insane market wide RAM price hike.
overall if you need a specific build i'd recommend it. price is fair and build quality is nice. communication exists but if you are worried, reach out for sure.

I ordered a computer and wanted to make some changes the next day, but I received no response. After multiple emails over 10 days without a tracking number, I plan to refuse the shipment and request a refund. This isn't an acceptable way to conduct business.
I financed my purchase but was unhappy with the communication regarding delays. I requested a refund, which was processed. If they could improve their communication and provide more accurate shipping dates, I would consider trying them again in the future.
This service has been very supportive with my first significant investment in a gaming PC. They were accommodating with my upgrade requests during the building process. Shipping times were a bit off, but you'll be pleased when your package arrives. Trust me!
I ordered a $2k computer on the 19th and received an email stating the estimated delivery was within the past two days. They need to improve their system for providing accurate delivery dates. So far, I've had no response to my emails. I’m left wondering if I’ve lost my $2k. Reading other reviews doesn’t inspire confidence. It seems like a startup that hasn’t quite gotten its basics in order. UPDATE: I received my new PC on 10/3 after placing the order on 9/19. There were some hiccups with backordered parts, and the lack of email responses was frustrating, but I did receive my computer. It was well-packaged, and I only had to reattach an internal fan; otherwise, it arrived in good condition. Everything was included, and so far (10/20), it’s been a great machine. If it weren't for the initial inaccurate delivery dates, I would rate the experience as decent, aside from the lack of email responses.
I love my PC; they did an excellent job with the cable management, and its performance is impressive. I chose a white model, and I appreciate how the cables and cooler match. I've seen others that cost more and were less aesthetically pleasing inside. It arrived in about a week.
It has been seven weeks since my initial request for service due to an audio issue, and I have not received any communication from them. This issue affects not only my headphone port but also my USB devices. I'm quite disappointed at the moment.
