Impossible to connect to WiFi. I tried every which way to do it but to no avail. The speakers are full of bugs and the app is useless. Customer service no help at all. A waste of time and money. Do not buy these speakers. They’re useless. AVOID.

Disappointing Sync Issues!! Overshadow Audio Pro's Great SoundRating: ★☆☆☆☆Review:I had high hopes for Audio Pro speakers, especially after hearing their incredible sound quality. However, the experience quickly soured due to severe sync issues. Whether connected to the TV for movies or grouped for stereo sound on the computer, the speakers consistently lagged behind, ruining the viewing experience. Even attempts to minimize the delay only slightly improved the situation.Furthermore, the lack of wired connectivity options is puzzling for supposedly "smart" speakers, making it cumbersome to use them effectively. The absence of synchronization between Bluetooth-connected speakers, especially in Windows 11, exacerbates the frustration.Adding insult to injury, the app's buggy performance and missing features only compound the disappointment. While suitable for basic tasks like radio or Spotify, integrating the Audio Pro system C10 with other devices is a nightmare.In conclusion, despite their impressive sound quality, the Audio Pro speakers fall short of expectations due to their crippling sync issues and limited connectivity options. Save yourself the headache and stick to traditional speakers and amplifiers until these issues are addressed.

Do not buy the Audio Pro G10 / Bad customer service

I bought an Audio Pro G10. While I was initially very happy with the sound quality, the software issues very quickly started to be annoying. Then they became unbearable: - the speaker changing input mode randomly - speaker randomly turning on making a loud noise (at night too) - AirPlay working only when the speaker wants (and disconnecting randomly)I tried to contact customer service, but they don't really care. They just blame Google for the software issues, and say that the problems are not a "defect" and refuse to take it back under warranty.I'd avoid this brand at all costs in the future (despite the good sound quality).

I've had four multi room speakers for…

I've had four multi room speakers for over a year. When they all work they're great but they continually fail, trip out or need resetting. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Atm I've lost a speaker and whatever I try it won't work. Totally frustrating product not fit for purpose. After over a year battling with this stuff I give up.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. I received a C3 that did not hold its charge. I contacted Audio Pro and within a few days they had sent a new battery free of charge. Extremely impressed.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. If you buy something from this company, have any technical difficulties you're on your own. I wouldn't bother trying to contact them for help. My advice, look for an alternative product with customer support.
