I purchased a 75 ft. expandable hose from this company. Upon arrival, the fitting for the tap had an outside thread instead of the inside thread shown in the picture. Since all outdoor taps in my area have outside threads, this product is completely useless for me. I have reached out multiple times with pictures, but they seem unresponsive or unwilling to understand. My last email requested a refund of USD22.90, but I have heard nothing since. I also tried to claim through payment services, but had no success. It seems my money is lost. I will never purchase from this seller again and have warned my family and friends to avoid them.
