The Pip pushchair in Sage

We bought the Pip pushchair in Sage and absolutely love it. We love how it looks and how it feels when pushing it, and also how flat and comfortable it seems for our newborn Granddaughter. It packs away so well that I can keep it in my car, ready for when I am called on for 'wonderful' grandparent duty.

Poor customer service- I ordered a foot much before Christmas which was promised to be sent out after the 4th January- came on the 9th February with no updates. I had to call twice and the customer service was appalling- with no reassurance just it should be sent out soon! Will definitely not be buying from them again!!

Shipping over priced and took too long

Item cost £17. Shipping to NI was £25 as apparently considered as Ireland and not UK. In addition, shipping took almost 2 weeks. At £25, I’d have expected it within a couple of days at most.
