I visited the store in la Jolla I bouget a few products for my eyes. and I enjoyed it a lot the experience and the products working amazing.as well I came for a facial in their spa and Nir helped me a lot their customer service is the best.
I was in Nassau and tried the product at one of their stores. The salesman was very pushy and when I declined to purchase their product, he stopped talking and left me sitting in the chair while he ran out of the store to stop someone else. I had a bad feeling about this business and when I read the reviews, I'm glad I didn't get sucked into this. He said there was a store in the US near me at the mall but it would be 3x as expensive. I cannot locate one.
Customer service was great! I had a problem with my online order and was very frustrated when it came about. I contacted the customer service rep Jacky, and it’s like she was god sent! I had so many problems contacting them and getting the replacement. She had got me the replacement with such fast shipment and I was so surprised and pleased! Very happy with them.
Scam-Scam-Scam Young and attractive girl outside talked about this line of products belonging to Mariah Carey. Coaxed into the store with promises of being amazed by Mariah’s fabulous facial creams. A man then took over and talked and talked and talked, used some of the “gold skin care - platinum gravity defiant express V lifting” under eye cream and used a fan to activate the product. I thought I saw a huge difference and got very excited as I have quite a bit of wrinkles on my face. Using my excitement he promised me a state of the art facial with purchase of the eye cream. Showed me this tool that was created at NASA that he will be using for the top of the line facial that will reduce the look of lines and wrinkles for the next few weeks. This sold me! $199 American which came to just under $270 Canadian. I paid for the product and facial. He moved me over to another chair for the facial. He sat there and kept turning the tool on and talking and talking, then he was texting and texting. After about 5-10 minutes passed I asked what we were waiting for and why we haven’t started the facial yet. He said he was waiting for the specialist that he himself does not perform the facial. After 15-20 minutes passed another man came over. Apologizes for the wait then he starts talking, talking and puts a cream on my right laugh line and proceeds to try to sell me a line of the facial creams for $3500! I knew right there and the. That I had been duped and got up and walked out as I was ashamed and angry. My friends were waiting outside and I explained my feeling of being scammed and noticed the cream under their eyes was flaking and discoloured. We all washed it off walked around a bit then went back to ask for a refund. We did not cause a scene, we were pleasant and asked for a refund, they refused and said to contact their customer service (gave us a copy of email address on a small receipt) and there they would give me the information I needed in order to return the product for a refund. When trying to send that address an email it comes back as undeliverable. Tried multiple times! I then contacted an online customer support email through Aurarius.com they did respond but told me I had to contact the one in the Bahamas I responded explaining that it is undeliverable and they have not responded. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully they can help. I wish there was another way to pre warn others!
I was so impressed with the products when I was in the salon. I purchased the eye cream. I was very interested in the light therapy. CHARLIE said if I made a $500 deposit, he would get me approved for the rest on Monday, He said he could not do it while I was there because I did not have phone service and he needed to get a verification code from my phone.... Stupid me agreed. Charlie called me on Monday and after getting a code he said the finance company would only do half of it and he needed another $1500. I refused and asked for the $500 refund, He assured me he would... Well, it has been a week and no refund. I can not get thorough to hm on the number he called from. I know I was STUPID!!! Do not fall for their gimmicks. The products are not the same as what was used on my eyes..
This business is a front for scam artists. They prey on seniors especially those visiting from the cruise port. They wait outside on the sidewalk and offer free samples to get you in the door then a “free” demo of of a wrinkle cream and then a light therapy device. If you should be stupid enough to buy one at their “discounted price” they make it virtually impossible to return should you find it doesn’t do what they said it would.. They lie about what the product will do and they distract you so they can approach your partner and get the information needed so they can register the product while you are there. She does this as the receipt states once the product is registered it can’t be returned. If you contact them they tell you to contact customer service. Customer service does not return emails or phone calls. Total SCAM. Spare yourself some terrible grief, your hard earned money and don’t go through their doors.
Wish I could give no stars!! We were in San Juan and a very pushy sales person came along and got us into the store. I am ashamed of myself for falling for this scam. You’re better off getting Preparation H! The product works but it’s the same stuff that you would find in hemorrhoid cream that tightens the skin only temporarily which is exactly what using Preparation H would do!!. Do yourself a favor walk away say no and don’t look them in the eye!!
