If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid and received absolutely nothing in return. No delivery, no communication. I'm devastated to realize I've likely been scammed. This seller should be removed from the platform. Beware, it appears trustworthy but is not.

I invested a significant amount thinking I was purchasing a wool jersey. After returning it, I'm repeatedly told I can receive only 20/30% of my money back. They claim there's a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it's all false! They are awful; avoid buying anything from this seller! They take your money and won’t refund you at all! The worst experience I've had in over 60 years!
This is truly a scam. I've requested a return form because the item wasn't suitable. They keep making excuses, saying they will send a different size? And that it will cost me around £30-£40 to return the item. It’s ridiculous. Do not purchase from them; they advertise as a local firm, but they're based in another country.
The only reason I gave one star is because there's no option for zero. I placed an order, money was taken from my account, but I never received any goods. I've tried contacting them repeatedly, but received no response. Definitely a scam.
The miracle cleanser has transformed my skin. For years, I struggled with dry and oily breakouts, trying countless products. A pea-sized amount of this cleanser each morning has cleared up my spots and balanced my skin's oil levels. I slightly dampen my face, massage in the cleanser, and wipe it off after 5 minutes. It won’t remove heavy makeup like mascara, but micellar water works well for that. One jar may seem pricey, but it lasts me 6 months. I won’t use anything else now.
