Ordered a QUILTED Christmas table runner, with what appeared to be some layered (slight 3D) fabrics in the pointsettia design. No quilting of any kind, simply a fabric print. ...AND in the "fine print" they sneek in auto-pay monthly membership of $30!!! ... How do companies like this get to exist??? I ordered the TSwift pjs on 12/13, never received. Delayed, fine I get it. We'll see. But then to HIDE a VIP Membership in the fine print that will charge your credit card $29 EVERY MONTH is insane and I have emailed, called and filled out the cancellation form on their website. Just slimy all around. I'm on the phone with capital one right now...
DO NOT ORDER!!I ordered pjs on 12-12. Haven’t received them yet. Had to get another Christmas present for that person. Then discovered the $29.99 VIP fee that is charged “automatically without the consumer’s consent” - every month!! This fee is disclosed on your order in the very fine print. My fault for not reading more carefully but I never anticipated that a vendor would be outright stealing from me. I’ve requested a halt to my VIP membership. We’ll see how that goes.
Beware of this company! The “VIP membership” repeating charge is a complete rip off that I had no idea was part of the order. I have not yet received the Taylor Swift pajamas I ordered on 12/11 and highly doubt that the quality is worth the $35, much less that that was a “special” price offered through this VIP promotion. I think we could possibly create a class action lawsuit over fraudulent practices. I want a refund and honestly, they can just keep the pajamas and refund my money for both sets, too. I refuse to pay the repeating charges and would like a refund of the $29.99 that was applied to my credit card on 12/26.
Absolutely terrible I am having all the same issues with a pair of pajamas I ordered on 12/10. Has not been delivered and after multiple attempts to call the numbers they provide on their website always gets directed to a voicemail. I have sent multiple emails trying to cancel my “VIP” membership and no response talking to my credit card company as well. Please don’t order from them. SCAM

I writing this in the hope it will help other online shoppers. My original order number was ANB#19797. The vendor can find my name and information from that. I’ve called, left messages and opened up a support ticket on December the 22nd. They did response about this original order from Dec 10th not the 29.99 charge that happened later. I don’t believe this is a legit business. I was almost convinced it was. I requested an order online December 10th and didn’t receive a response and tried contacting them for days via their support email, online chat and phone number. Finally after days calling and messaging them to my surprise they eventually emailed me that my order was canceled and they did refund the money. I thought the problem was solved. Then two weeks later on December 22, they randomly charged my card for a different amount. I attempted again to contact them in multiple ways letting them know this was an unauthorized charge and fraud. I contacted my credit card company on the 22nd and couldn’t dispute the charge until it was processed I kept trying to contact AURELLE AND BLOOM hoping they would acknowledge it was a mistake but no response. Well today the change was processed and I filed a claim. Unfortunately this means my credit card had to be canceled. Their items look really cute but as I researched more after the fact (lesson learned) I’ve read these are possibly pictures taken from other sites. Next time I’ll do more research before being blinded by the fact they posted cute Taylor Swift pajamas my niece would love.
