An amazing company to deal with and absolutely love their jewellery, have purchased several pieces from aurum and grey now and absolutely love them all. My recent dealings was to have something amended and they could not have been more understanding and helpful and offer a really amazing bespoke service. I would highly recommend to anyone considering, just really beautiful jewellery that you never need to take off. Love it!

I have just received my connect necklace - I originally bought an initial necklace in 2021 when I had my first son and after just having another baby I decided that I would like to add another initial on to my necklace. I was in two minds on whether I would need to purchase a new necklace as I wasn't sure if the white gold would have looked a bit different to a new initial. Customer Services were great and were able to advise that the initial would still look the same colour. I decided to convert my necklace to the connect style - my necklace looks absolutely amazing and I'm so happy with it. The necklace was returned really quickly as I asked if it could be back before a certain date. Customer Services were very helpful and always responded quickly - usually within the day. Thank you again - I'm looking forward to ordering another piece of jewellery in the future.I would definitely recommend this company if you're wanting personalised jewellery :) x
I am obsessed with this jewellery! I bought the bespoke name necklace for myself and got so many compliments on it. I have since bought it as a present for 4 people and Everytime I have ordered from aurum the customer service has been PERFECT. Olivia is fabulous to deal with.
Love the beads but very poor quality of the chain and closure attached to the necklace. And it is too short: it is nit giving an opportunity to wear it a bit longerSolved it myself by having it replaced by a longer chain and a better closureAnd extra €25! My husband bought it under his name
Amazing smooth purchase and communication along the way .. Special thanks to Olivia for being so patient with my needs..needed and wanted to add a gold with diamond initial to an existing chain and sales and effort went over and above my expectations.. def recommend them .. I wanted the order in a hurry and it says 4-6 weeks but I got it in 10 days .. thank u
I recently had to get in touch as unfortunately my bracelet’s clasp had broken again (it happened last year and was fixed quickly and efficiently!).I was really sad it had happened again because I wear it everyday and started to feel nervous about wearing it! However, I needn’t have worried! Customer support replied promptly and very politely and asked me to send the bracelet in so they could remake it. I really felt they took the issue seriously and wanted to look into the issue to avoid it happening again.The bracelet was sent back within 2 weeks (amazing turnaround) and is perfect.I have a few other pieces from here and I’ve never had an issue so I really do believe it was a one off problem and this has in no way put me off purchasing from here. If anything it makes me more likely to as I know they’d rectify any issues!I recommend aurum and grey to everyone I know for special pieces, not just because they are beautiful but because the team really do care about customer service and it’s so evident they’d go to any length to help. Highly recommend them!
