Good customer service no problem with the car however on collection found it with lots of dents and scratches etc so took pictures but so many tok the worse ones. This was because my concerns were I didn’t want to loose over a thousand pounds which was taken from my account before I drove the car out of the airport. My deposit was returned in full in the return of me getting back to the UK. Will check other car hire companies to see if they take such a large deposit.
We went through this company to hire 2 car rentals in Faro. We got ripped off by the rental company by hiding their car Excess insurance. We have emailed this company numerous times with a complaint and have still never received a reply. I would not recommend.
Awful company use rental companies that do not give you the rental then claim you are a no show. Although all proof inc phone calls at the time and promised of a refund they do not give. Out of pocket mis sold and awful customer services!!
