I ordered a perfume from a seller and was pleasantly surprised by the price—it was significantly cheaper than other options. The product arrived authentic, though the delivery took a bit longer than expected. This wasn't a major issue, and I did receive it in the end. Everything was original and the packaging was in perfect condition. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend purchasing if you're not in a hurry.
After waiting four weeks for my order, I decided to reach out to customer support. A week later, I followed up, making it six weeks total without any order confirmation or response from the support team. I had to escalate the issue with a dispute through PayPal. Thankfully, since I paid via PayPal, it was easier to resolve and get my money back. I cannot recommend this company; this will definitely be my first and last experience with them.
After 16 days in transit, I finally received my order, but only half of it! I lost £60! This feels like a scam! Their website is currently down, and I've had no response from customer support. I never imagined a reputable company would treat customers this way. Never again!
As a frequent online shopper, I've had experiences from various stores, but this one has been the most unprofessional. Don't trust them when they say to 'wait another week' for shipping or refunds—go straight to your bank for a chargeback. I ordered a perfume in July, and after numerous delays and excuses, I ended up having to get a refund through my bank after three months. This service is completely unacceptable and feels very dodgy. Avoid at all costs.
