I ordered a watch that was listed as available, but it seems there was a system error with the manufacturer. I received a refund, but I lost money on the currency conversion. Additionally, getting responses from the support team was frustrating. I went back and forth for weeks without getting my questions answered. They only asked, "How would you like to proceed?" without providing any useful information.

Lack of communication after placing order

I placed an order for a watch and heard nothing for two weeks, so I reached out. They informed me they were contacting the factory, only to later say the model was unavailable. They offered a full refund, but I lost $50 in currency conversion. Essentially, I paid $50 for the disappointment of not receiving a watch. I won't be shopping with them again and do not recommend them as a seller.

My First Purchase Experience!

I bought my first watch from a seller and was initially nervous, but everything went smoothly—the watch arrived in 11 days to New Zealand and is 100% authentic. Occasionally, their email responses are slow, but they get the job done. Highly recommended! One suggestion for improvement: please expedite shipping, as my order took a few days to dispatch even though it was in stock. Thank you!

Reliable seller - would recommend

Although it took about 6 days for them to ship the watch after payment, I received it within two weeks of placing the order. The item is genuine and of high quality, and the customer service was responsive.

Watch arrived with a minor issue (which I fixed)

I purchased a Bluetooth time sync watch from a seller. Shipping was delayed, and they informed me that a defect was found upon receiving the watch from the manufacturer, requiring an exchange. After about 10 days, they shipped the watch, which arrived quickly. Everything worked fine until I noticed it was 2 seconds slow after time sync. I discovered an alignment issue with the second hand and found a helpful video online for correcting it, which worked! Thankfully, I didn't have to return it for repair or exchange.

Not recommended. Check the watch before shipping.

I just received a watch that arrived well-packaged, but unfortunately, it has a malfunction. The button isn't working, preventing me from accessing key functions. I contacted the seller, and they requested video proof. After several exchanges, they acknowledged the watch was faulty and asked me to return it. This was unacceptable as it means paying customs fees again. I requested a replacement or a partial refund to cover repair costs. Their solution was to send me an international warranty card for a repair center. As a returning customer, I feel I shouldn't have to deal with this since I paid for a working watch, not a defective one. I am left with a watch that needs repair, and I believe they should have verified its condition before sending it.
