My experience was great. I will send a picture of the car a 2024 Ford escape for a great price. This was Enterprise Car Sales located in Renton Washington. They drove my car to Moses Lake, which is about an hour from where I live. The car was in perfect condition. It runs great. It gets good gas mileage and it looks really sharp. It was a very pleasant experience with the people and the products. I would recommend at least looking into Enterprise Car Sales I see some people don’t have a good experience, but I did.
Drew went above and beyond to insure me to get into the right vehicle at the right price. I can't thank him enough for everything. He had done to get me into that vehicle. At the right price It is. a hassle free environment, i was in out In a quarter of the time of the dealership i will never do business anywhere else. Except here in the future and I will always refer people to this establishment
This Company Delivers on their Promise I recently bought a pre-owned and verified 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR 5 from Enterprise. From the begining of my transaction with Enterprise in Milwaukie, Oregon everything my salesman, Coury Harrison said came true along with a quality truck. Initially I had the truck delivered from their location in California and it arrived on time. The truck exceeded my expections from the low price to the mechanical, drive train, to the beautiful interior. I highly recommend Coury and Enterprise Car Sales for your next auto purchase.

I came inside to purchase a car when I was greeted with the store manager and the salesman Aaron. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a car I wanted. It was fast easy and great service. Thank you enterprise @ 160 hope CT. Nicholasville, KY. Definitely will recommend
In 50 Yes 50 Years of buying cars Enterprise (Fort Worth Texas) has been my only bad experience. They lied misled and ignored at every level of the transaction. You think you have terms agreed to before you sign the papers they bait and switch interest rate, loan term length, warranty length and condition of the vehicle at delivery. It has taken 4 mouths and repeated lies and omissions on a 30+ thousand dollar vehicle over a $100 rebate they offered me for time and travel. Do yourself a favor and go to echopark where you will get same and better price, service and communication.
Terrible service. I looked at a car online, and got an email telling me to go to the Allentown location. See email clipped below. But when I went there, they told me the car was in Wayne, NJ. The rep Elisa was incompetent, claiming she called me but never did (called ID does not lie). The manager was rude and disrespectful, telling me it was my fault to go to the wrong location. But, he was the one at fault for the location given to me was Allentown. Horrible people, horrible service.
I have been Totally Disrespected from the time I paid Cash for my vehicle. I have called multiple times looking for the Title to the vehicle. Multiple times the Tallahassee dealership has "Hung up on my calls" never providing me any help with obtaining the vehicle Title. It's clear that if you finance a vehicle with Enterprise, they roll over to assist you. But Heaven Forbid you pay CASH for a vehicle, no one wants to talk with you about an issue after leaving the lot. Waiting 4 to 6 months just to receive a Title is ridiculous especially when it was paid for in CASH !!!
I bought a 2021 Nissan Kicks from the enterprise car sales in San Leandro California. July makes 1 year that I purchased my yesterday. Two days ago my car died in the middle of the street! Come to find out from the mechanic the transmission went out on the car along with along with many other lights. If this car was inspected by Enterprise how could this happen? They pushed hard for me to get an extended warranty with Assurant! They literally took all day to decide if they would fix my car! Finally approved fixing it, said they would give me a rental a rental car for 4 days. When I got to enterprise assurant was only covering me for two days! 😡 I pay them every month and now that I need assistance they put a loop whole in the contract so they don’t have to cover paying my car until it’s finished! I will buy another car from enterprise and be Careful with the extended warranty! It has a bunch of loop wholes. Don’t trust enterprise cars! When I called enterprise they wanted nothing to do with it! They got the money from the sale and they move on!! Beyond disappointed.
I was dismissed and ghosted for exercising caution on a no-obligation transfer and expressing interest in a different (higher priced) vehicle I was willing to pay for, which also involved transfer fees. I was told I had "cost the company money." (Auth Road, Camp Springs/Suitland, MD)For a brand that promotes “people first," my experience revealed quite the opposite. Actions speak louder than mission statements, and these people showed me exactly where I stood as a customer, senior, and disabled veteran.
