Price good but need forward planning as part's take a week + to arrive use to be able to track part's in Germany but now only after received by UK delivery company selection is good with many brand's on offer great for saving you money

Poor customer and refund policy. Stay away

I had a very bad experience with Autodoc customer service. I have been following up with them for the past week to get a refund for an order that they failed to deliver on time.Autodoc customer service seems to have no control over their courier partners or deliveries. They keep providing false information and delaying the refund process.
