Review Time
I ordered quantity brake parts for less than on ebay unbranded parts.I was expecting a couple weeks for delivery, but was happily surprised all arrived in good order within a few days of ordering. Resorted my faith and will be using for all my motoring needs.
I see a number of good reviews of this company, but I would caution that you don’t find out how good a company really is until something goes wrong. The first time I used Autodoc the experience was great: correct part, competitive prices and quick delivery. Things went downhill after that. The next part they sent (that I’d bought for my elderly neighbour) was European spec and unsuitable for a right hand drive car. It wasn’t an expensive part, so I wrote it off as not worth the effort to return. Next time I ordered a part for my own car, it was not compatible with the vehicle. I contacted Autodoc via their website, provided the VIN number and was promptly shipped a replacement. This too was not compatible with my vehicle. Autodoc sent a return label and I posted the part back to them, which tracking shows was delivered on 22/10/25. It’s now three weeks later and I have heard nothing from Autodoc: no email confirming receipt, no replacement part, no refund. To top it off, Autodoc are virtually impossible to contact… or should I say they are “virtual contactable”, as the only way to get in touch with them is via chatbots. Even when the website chatbot gives up, it gives you a telephone number that gets you through to yet another chatbot. There seems to be no way to speak with an actual person, either by email or by phone. So now I have a car with bits missing, no compatible replacement part, no way of contacting Autodoc, who still have my money. Should you use Autodoc? My advice is to think twice!
