I ordered a premium driveshaft for my vehicle but got a lower-quality brand without any notification. I wasn't refunded the full amount either, just a lesser amount! I would not suggest using this service; it's been frustrating, and the refund took almost a month! Consider buying parts locally if possible.
The service uses a delivery provider that seems to lose parcels without any assistance in tracking them down. When I contacted support, they offered no efficient solution for refunds or replacements. I'm out of pocket with a car I can't use; I wouldn’t trust this service for urgent parts.
The box arrived torn and the packages were damaged. It took weeks for them to arrive, and I was trying to reach out to customer support to inquire about the delivery. Unfortunately, no one responded to my emails, and there was no one available to talk to. I won’t be using this service again. I also need to return part of my order, but I haven't received any response to my return request. Very disappointing service.
