Beware UK buyers, despite having a .co.uk web address, they're based in Germany, so returning items is awkward and expensive. The parts are fine but delivery is expensive and they do make it difficult to return, it has to be authorised by them (despite it saying that returns were allowed before purchase) which seems a bit odd. It's never really been a problem before but this has made me rethink. I've come to the conclusion that it's a bit of a false economy and there are plenty of sites just as (or nearly as) cheap that are UK based, without draconian return procedures, which I will be using in future.
I ordered a clutch kit for my vehicle which was over £110 and I needed it for the weekend. With this order I had the “safe order” option. There was a delay on there end and all they offered was £3 of a next order. I ask for something more substantial since I may not get the parts for this weekend now, and they offered me 10% of a next order. I explained with the bad service I may not shop with Autodoc again and would like some compensation for this order. There answer was basically take the 10% there’s nothing we can do
