Shipping delays and poor customer support

The promised 7-12 days shipping is misleading. Customer service is virtually absent, and I received no responses despite multiple inquiries. They provided a tracking number but failed to include the courier's name. Additionally, one shirt arrived with crooked printing, and it took over a month to receive my order. They took my money without addressing my concerns. Based on other feedback, I need to verify the charges. This service should be prohibited from operating in the United States.

Shipping timeframe is misleading

The promised 7-12 days for shipping is completely misleading. Customer support is virtually nonexistent. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received a tracking number without any courier information. One of the shirts had a misaligned print, and it took over a month to receive my order. They take your payment but ignore your inquiries. Given the feedback from others, I need to review the charges. This service should be prohibited from operating in the United States.

One Star - Lacks Transparency and Forces Purchases

One Star - This experience was marked by a total lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for the customer's right to cancel. Key information was hidden; there was no mention on the website that items are shipped from abroad. After a week without shipping updates on my holiday purchase, I found out the service is based in another country, which complicates returns for sizing issues. Additionally, they don't disclose extra international transaction fees, which I only found out about by checking my credit card statement. The worst part is their customer service, or lack thereof. When I tried to cancel my unshipped order after realizing the shipping delays, my repeated requests were ignored, and they proceeded with the order anyway. This felt like a coerced sale. A company that disregards cancellation requests prioritizes its profit over basic customer respect. In summary: they hide their location, fail to mention extra fees, offer slow shipping unsuitable for holiday deadlines, and ignore cancellation requests. Terrible and dishonest practices. Avoid them.

Consistently great service.

Whenever I request a specific shirt, they make it available. They can convert any Hawaiian shirt into a polo style for me. I have ordered over 30 shirts, and every one has been perfect. I will exclusively order my shirts from them due to their vibrant colors and exceptional craftsmanship.

Untrustworthy service with shipping issues

This service is untrustworthy and leads customers on regarding shipping delays. They are based overseas, and when there are issues with quality or sizing, customers must pay for return shipping. For example, I purchased five items, and three arrived without size labels. I had to return these three items via mail to their overseas location, costing me $28 in shipping. They claimed they would refund me the following Monday but later said they were on holiday. After five months of chasing them, I still have not received a refund. Do not engage with this service.

Extremely poor service experience

This company is extremely difficult to deal with. My order was promised within 5-9 business days, but it hadn't even shipped by that timeframe, making it impossible for it to arrive in time for a two-month trip for which the clothing was intended. The customer service team initially sent a few emails that provided no useful information and refused to cancel the order, then stopped responding altogether.

Payment taken, but no shipment received

I ordered over $200 worth of shirts on January 26, expecting delivery within 7 to 12 business days, but it has now been 34 days. I have reached out weekly through email, and they consistently respond with the same message: that my order is almost ready and to just wait. I would rate them zero stars if that were an option.
