Insurance rates increased dramatically this year. However, your agents that I worked with in early January explained the reasons for the increase(s) and pointed out things I could do that may help improve/affect my future insurance costs. The agents I worked with were knowledgeable and showed interest in understanding my concerns and providing helpful satisfying responses. Thank you.
Home claim process was difficult. Most of the work falls on the insured to coordinate repairs. The company issued a check to the named insured AND mortgage holder. The bank gave us a very hard time cashing the check. Extremely difficult to get our money from the claim.
