With the storms we have experienced this past year in Michigan, Citizens has been a dream to work with-both Auto and Home claims we have had with them, have gone seamlessly. The adjusters assigned to our claims have been very responsive and extremely helpful.
Citizens came through beautifully last summer when my home was hit by a major hailstorm. The adjuster came out promptly, delivered the evaluation within a week, and Citizens made the funds available for the repairs within 4 weeks. There was no red tape and no hoops to jump through. Easy-peasy. Thanks, Citizens.
The only issue I had was how long it took to get the check, they also pulled the rental car before I could get the pay off check on my car that was a complete loss, so I had to pay for the rental until I could get the check and find a new car.
I've had multiple issues with my home in the past couple years that have turned into claims and Citizens has been an amazing insurance company! My adjusters were always there to answer my questions and keep me at ease. I'm very happy with our insurance!
