Terrible experience. Bought a Toyota branded Rotating 'phone mount. Took ages to arrive. When questioned the agent told me it was coming by Royal Mail. Tracking not recognised and she then told me it was Evri. Tracking not recognised - in the end it arrived by Yodel. The item is rubbish; the box was damaged, instructions were missing - and the unit did not go together. And, sooo difficult to return; masses of paperwork, photos required, lots of instructions all designed to make it as hard as possible. It's cost me a tenner (half the value) to post it back to Switzerland and now, having read other reviews, that may be the last I hear. When stuff arrives and works it's fine but, most of all, avoid this lot at all costs
I waited ages for the item to arrive and when it did arrive, it didn’t fit. Asks for a refund and had to pay over £10 to send it back to switzerland!! Never heard anything from this company again despite chasing via email numerous times. This must be a scam company!! Would avoid at all costs. I have lost the original cost of the item and the return costs so lost a bit of money! Really disappointed and very upset!!!

It is with sadness I write this review as a Buisness owner myself I would never leave a bad review without exploring all resolutions to a issue unfortunately that’s where I have ended up 🥲 I purchased some red and black Audi sill stickers and once arrived they where just grey with no colour ! I emailed to outline this and autovia replied they were out of stock which I replied I did not order grey I ordered red which they didn’t seem to understand my issue . I would not order a cup of tea and expect coffee to be acceptable sadly so the told me not in stock I advised they are still advertising red on there website so this is false advertising they didn’t agree there returns policy is long winded and at my cost which I guess is normal but the fact they are advertising one colour and sending another I believe is dishonest I offered to return at there cost but they did not agree so I decided to keep them instead of sending back a wrong item at my cost very very poor I would not advise buying from this company and will be a walking advertisement to advise as many people do not fall for the fancy website and glossy pictures as what you order in good faith you will not recieve !!
Without reading reviews (bad move) purchased seat fillers for my Honda CRV. They did not fit were so squashed I could not put my iPhone in, keys etc as described in their advert. Followed the return process to the letter and out of principle returned items to an address in Switzerland! Only to receive it back some three weeks later as the address was unknown. Despite communication promising otherwise, obviously a complete rip-off and scam.
