Bought complete knife set block and all good until utility knife handle came off..I email the company and their reply was to send me a new one but haven't heard back in weeks as numerous emails so I give up now and another overrated brand I'll never bother with again !!

Recently, the handle broke, so I reached out to the company regarding repair options. They promptly offered to send me a brand new one under warranty at no cost. Outstanding service!

The customer service is outstanding. I won't elaborate on the quality of their products—anyone familiar with knives knows how excellent they are. I recently reached out to their customer service regarding their lifetime warranty policy, and I couldn't be more pleased. I was genuinely impressed by their efficiency and professionalism.
The knives are very good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. They don't respond to emails regarding issues, and shipping is excessively slow. After placing an order, they asked me to review the product on their website. I rated it two stars because the knife was good but too short. Ultimately, they never published my review, only sharing positive ones. I reached out again, but received no response.
