Fantastic service throughout from Barry. Explained the diagnosis process, conducted it and resolved the issue with a replacement part already on the van. Whole process from booking to getting here and fixing the issue was efficient and well communicated. Would definitely recommend Barry & Autowash!
Was visited by steve today who fixed my washing machine.I was so relieved to get it done,he already had the part and fixed it there and then.Autowash provided a fantastic response to my repair I booked it on line on the Sunday and three days later it's all done,they kept me informed about the visit and I even got a phone call confirming everything which was outstanding cos sometimes you can wait a couple of weeks for an engineer.Brilliant service all round thanks Autowash.
Communication by this company is excellent, from confirmation of booking, text day prior to engineers visit, text on day also with a link to check as to when you can expect the engineers visit and finally text informing you of engineer on his way and name of engineer. Very efficient.
