Excellent service from both the office and John, the engineer. John worked out very quickly what the problem was with my washer. Immediately had the necessary part, replaced it, checked the machine was working correctly and returned the washer to its original position . He checked with me if I was satisfied and cleaned the area up. The cost was satisfactory and I am about to get a load into the machine! Many thanks Autowash and John for your excellent service!
