We came from one of the big well known dms providers and honestly we didnt know what we were missing. Paper office is so much better in every way. The ai document recognition is incredibly fast and actual works, it classifies and extracts data automaticly which our old software could never do properly. Everything is way more intuitive and easier to use, the prices are way cheaper... search is a lot faster too. Support Team is also super responsive and helpful, which was a big issue with our previous provider. If your still stuck with one of the big names and think theres nothing better out there or you just feel uncomfortable to switch because a change is always something new definitely give paperoffice a try. We wish we had done it sooner.

We are using PaperOffice in my company for a long time now. We used DocuWare before.The reason for the switch, of course, was the costs in the first place, you have to pay for everything at DocuWare. If you want to automate your process with learning in documents - pay. Technical questions - pay. And you never have anyone from DocuWare - it's always just external partners from those who don't have a clue. It got too annoying for us.We are very satisfied with PaperOffice and would like to recommend the program to everyone.
