Garbage Company Garbage Products

Ordered 3 sets of coasters on 11/27, received on 12/28. None of them work properly. Immediately asked for return and refund info and sent pictures. They wanted to send replacement junk or a partial refund. Multiples emails later I finally filed a dispute with my bank. Don’t waste your money or energy. This company and their products are garbage.

Update: I have finally received a full refund after a few ‘offers’ Ordered 2 lots of car coasters on 8/12 for Christmas. They did not arrive. Tracking useless, correspondence okay. Finally arrived after 20+ days - imagine my shock when none of the items work …at all! Now they want video evidence to prove my claims … after reading other reviews on here I don’t hold out much hope of a refund. I wish I had looked on here before buying. Avoid this company ( I got caught on FB ) it’s cheap rubbish from China.

Inaccurate Delivery Date, Terrible Tracking

I ordered 2 sets of Car Coasters as Christmas gifts on Dec. 11 and was given a delivery date of Dec. 22.Today is Dec. 29 and still no package.The tracking system is unusable and frustrating. I will never order from this company again! I am so disappointed with this purchase. Waste of my time and money.

Never known a company so shocking. Ordered 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even left China yet. Honestly, dont order from here, paid the extra from a reputable company. These guys are overpriced to start and shipping takes forever (that's if I even receive the product) wish I had looked here before ordering

Ordered a BMW Keyring with the official…

Ordered a BMW Keyring with the official Logo but was sent a cheap grey keyring that looked nothing like the video. They wouldn't take it back or send me the correct keyring as advertised as not cost effective, they just offered me a partial refund of £3. I have sent numerous emails which they have ignored.I will never buy from them again and must warn anyone to NOT TO BUY FROM AUTOYUNN as their products are poor quality and customer service shocking 😡😡
