Review Time
I wish I’d read the review before I ordered. Placed the order on 25 November for Christmas and never arrived in time for Xmas. Extremely poor service. Had some communication but when I asked for my money back no responses at all.. Don’t touch these at all.. not worth taking the risk
Well I guess I should've looked at these reviews before I bought from this company. I haven't received any type of tracking. They did reach back out to me in an email saying I should receive my item in 10 days but I just have this feeling that's not happening
Awful - do not touch this company. Says 3-11 days delivery. I placed two orders. One was shipped after a week and nearly a month later has not arrived. Cancelled the other order after three weeks as it hadn’t even been dispatched - waiting for a refund, not holding my breath. Asked for info to leave a review twice - ignored. Made a comment on their social media and it was immediately deleted. Don’t do it people!
I ordered a monoscope from their website two weeks ago Stated Sydney delivery , yes ! but forgot to mention from China When it arrived it was not the Item described in their online advertisement A substitute poorer quality brand As it was a Xmas present ,now rubbish I have to try to get a replacement I’m yet to see of if I can find a return address Hens why you should only buy from Amazon at least you know you can return easily
Ordered some light up cup holders for my cars and only 1 worked out of 4. Contacted their customer service team who said they'd rather give me 25% refund, I replied with 'but 75% of the product isn't working so how did they come to 25%. They then offered me 50%, I couldn't be bothered to complain anymore so agreed to this. That was on 11th Dec, I'm still chasing the refund and no one is responding to my messages. I think I'll have to inform the Financial Ombudsman Service
⚠️ This is a scam. Do NOT buy anything from them.I ordered a phone holder mat from them before New Year’s. They claimed they shipped it, but the package was later returned to the sender. I contacted them and explained that I never received anything — the tracking clearly showed it was sent back somewhere in Chicago.They replied saying they would “check everything.” I waited a long time, and only after several emails they sent me another tracking number, not through Shop, but through some suspicious “internal” tracking system. According to that tracking, the package was supposedly on the way, but then it was returned to the sender again.This is clearly a money scam. They create fake shipping activity, keep sending emails like “we are investigating,” but the product never arrives and they never refund the money.Yes, it’s only about $20, but it’s not about the amount — it’s about the fact that they are dishonest and fraudulent. I’m now planning to buy the same item somewhere else. I even found the exact same mat on Temu for $12, and at least Temu is a reliable platform.❌ Avoid this store. They are scammers.
Absolute scam! Ordered 3 car coasters. Arrived after 6 weeks (and numerous emails to chase them up) and NONE of them worked. Sent email requesting replacement or refund. They offered replacement. Nothing ever arrived. Now I am not even receiving a response to emails.
This company is a scam. Purchased an item on the 6th. Claimed would process within 48 hours. 6 days later, NOTHING. I reached out to them and their response was actually it “MAY” ship within two weeks. I searched the company on the web and it’s all over the place that this company IS INFACT A SCAM! I will be reaching out to my bank and filing with TikTok and instagram. Already filed a scam/ fraudulent report with fb. Every time I posted on their fb page it automatically gets deleted.
