Review Time
I ordered an item before Christmas and never received. When I asked they said the post had been on strike and it would be late. I told them to refund instead. They said since it was the holiday it would take some extra time. Here it is middle of January and they have totally stopped interacting. I messed up not checking further, but don’t make the same mistake as me. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from AvaJean.com.
Wish I could give zero stars. Placed my order 12/13/25 was told there was shipping issues in Canada due to them being on a shipping strike and my order would be shipped from another place. I requested a refund on 1/4/26 and never received my refund. I have emailed a total of 29 times and no response since 1/4/26. This place is definitely a scam and wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order.
Scam. Ordered two of the heated blankets before Christmas I waited and waited for an update so i finally emailed them and got a response back. They stated that the package was returned due to strikes and asked if I would want a refund or have my order reshipped so I opted to have it reshipped. They never bothered to reach out to me and inform me of any strike and my package being returned. Now nothing no response back after emailing them three times. From what I have read it doesn't matter if you ask for a refund or to have it reshipped they get you no matter what. I'm out of fifty dollars now so I recommend anyone to stay away from ordering from them. Their page is fake with fake reviews and only way to contact is through email and they won't respond back.
Purchased 2 blankets for the daughter-in-laws from Christmas gifts on 12/7/25. Had some email correspondence and they said they had issues with shipping in Canada. They offered a refund or they would ship through a different avenue and they would provide tracking. Nothing received. 2 weeks later, I sent another email asking for tracking and no reply. I asked for them to ship through their Amazon vendors since it was posted all over Amazon as well. Still nothing. Here we are almost 2 months from purchase and they went ghost. Originally my wife found them on Facebook and I have seen scams there before, so I decided to look up the company and buy directly from them vs. double the price on Amazon or Facebook link. Waste of time and money! Consulting with my attorney.
BEWARE. 12/07/2025 I ordered two blankets from them as gifts for my wife and daughter. They didn’t ship so I reached out to them. They said due to Canadian postal strike but would reship and promised they’d be delivered in time. Still nothing. Several emails later, they offered apologies and promised to refund my money and still ship the items. It’s been over 2 months now … they never did and no further response from follow up emails. They have my money, my purchase, and my wife and daughter didn’t get their gifts. Absolute thieves.
