I do not recommend this rental service! They provided me with a vehicle that had pre-existing issues. Consequently, when I took possession of the car, all my belongings were stolen! I was not informed of the prior damage when I picked up the vehicle!
I reserved a car through a platform for a trip to a destination in October. The pick up and drop off processes were quick, efficient, and straightforward, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at the airport. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons, and my pre-booked insurance was acknowledged smoothly. I even received an upgrade.
I rented a vehicle for 2 months and paid in full, yet I was charged for 2 additional days. I specifically requested clarification on the covered dates. Even though the dates were in the contract, I was still charged extra. They are dishonest and misleading. I do not recommend this rental service.
We utilized the service twice, once in one location and once in another. The service was acceptable in one place but far from satisfactory in the other. The first experience was fine with a recent vehicle and friendly staff. In the second, there was no real agency presence, just a person with a company shirt at the port. The vehicle provided was old and had multiple scratches. The gas tank was not full, and they took my credit card information without proper equipment for the deposit. After returning the vehicle, when I requested the data to be deleted, they pretended not to understand. We are relieved nothing serious occurred during our rental and will opt for a more reputable company next time.
🛑🛑🛑🛑🚨🚨⛔⛔⛔⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING ABOUT THIS RENTAL LOCATION. FIRST AND FOREMOST: THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY I CONTACTED. I REACHED OUT TO BOOK A CAR FOR 34 DAYS AND DROP IT OFF AT AN AIRPORT. I explained I would be traveling a significant distance and had a lot of luggage. We settled on a price and proceeded with the booking. I was informed there would be an extra charge as a guarantee, but it wouldn’t leave my account. However, upon arrival, I was told I had to pay the guarantee. I was given a small car that was insufficient for our luggage. Despite my concerns, I was told there were no alternatives. After returning the vehicle earlier than planned, I still haven’t received my deposit back. This has been my worst experience renting cars. BE CAUTIOUS AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I booked a vehicle from late August to mid-September. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and attention to detail. I had an early concern, but the team handled it quickly, ensuring the rest of my trip went smoothly. The pick up and drop off processes were efficient and professionally managed, and my rental, which included a baby seat and booster, was excellent. Many thanks to the team for their professionalism and understanding, making my visit to this beautiful area a great experience.
We rent every year for at least 4 weeks, and this was our second year with this service from the airport. Their customer service is excellent. While their vehicles aren’t always in the best condition or super clean, their reasonable rates make up for it. Interestingly, both years, our vehicle had a non-functioning backup light. The air conditioning was faulty during our 6-week rental, leading us to switch vehicles after a long drive. We were credited for 2 days rental for the inconvenience. The tire pressure light appeared during our return drive. The pick up and drop off at the airport was very easy and quick, and their communication is what keeps us coming back as customers.
The reviews indicating that this company is dishonest are, unfortunately, accurate. I rented a vehicle that had many scratches, but the damage report only noted a couple of minor ones. I took pictures to document the condition upon pick up. Following the drop off, I received an email stating part of my deposit would not be refunded due to two scratches, one of which they had documented. Despite my evidence, they are still withholding part of my deposit. I rate them 2 stars instead of 1 because they did provide a working vehicle as arranged online, which is not guaranteed everywhere.
Do not trust their claims about deposit refunds. They have not returned my deposit, which was charged to my credit card. They stated the deposit would be held and refunded immediately after returning the vehicle. Two days post-return, no refund has been issued. I will likely need to pursue legal action for my refund! STAY AWAY!
