Mistaken reservation, but excellent support and quick refund

I accidentally made a reservation at the wrong location. The support team was incredibly understanding and processed my refund. Even after I took a week to provide the information they needed, they were very patient. I truly appreciate their help!

Issue with Parking Fee Resolved

I reserved a parking spot in a garage in NY through the platform. When I attempted to exit, the attendant informed me that I owed an additional fee and would not return my vehicle until I paid it (essentially holding my car). After some back and forth, I paid the fee and contacted the platform with my receipt. They acknowledged my complaint and refunded the extra charge imposed by the garage.

Never using this service again

This is my first, last, and only experience with this service. It was freezing outside, and the pick-up shuttle never arrived! We were instructed to wait outside in 17-degree weather at the airport, and after an hour, they claimed the driver came but we weren't there. We asked every shuttle that passed, and they all said they hadn't left. We ended up taking a $30 cab instead. Furthermore, they charged us $65 to extend our time because our flight was delayed by 24 hours. Overall, a complete rip-off.
