I AM FED UPO WITH AVAST & SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. I HAVE BOUGHT SOFTWARE, THEY CONSTANTLY UPDATE & I AM UNABLE TO USE THE NEW THINGS WITHOUT PAYING EVEN MORE. THEY HAVE SWITCHED OFF MY FIREWALL ETC & LEFT ME EXPOSED TO ALL MANNER OF PROBLEMS THEY GAVE ME A NON FUNCTIONING PHONE NUMBER!! THEY BLOCK MY EMAILS!! THEY KEEP SENDING ALARMING MESSAGES TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY EVEN MORE!! AS THEY SAID I WAS NOT COVERED I MAY AS WELL UNSUBSCRIBE IF I WAS ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH
saved me several times from getting my info stolen and my pc getting destroyed. cool thing is that it doesn't flag random programs. it's also very abundant with tools. you can save up on a bunch of other app just by downloading avast.
I am extremely imressed with Avast Antivirus's Performance on my PC and it has been amazing the only problem is the Performance Issues weren't included in the Premium Security package so if that could be fixed it would be great
I am subscriber from AVAST for more than 10 years and the product has always satisfied my requirement. Previously I used different products for Antivirus, Optimizing, Safe navigation and now all these are available with AVAST.
I used to be very happy with Avast. I suppose it's still doing its basic job as well, since I haven't had any issues with malware.
But for a few months now, the program has been spamming me with advertisements and irrelevant notices. The interface opens itself automatically DAILY to bother me with something, often while I'm trying to do other things.
A while ago I got Avast Cleanup Premium on a whim, and I suppose it is okay, but I would like to stop using it so I tried to cancel my subscription. You have to log into your account on the Avast website to do this, and whenever I try to, it tells me "There has been a problem, please try again later".
I've tried to talk to people on their support forum, but trying to log in there lead me to learn that my IP address has been banned for unknown reasons (first contact, I've never reached out prior, so this is not a case of me annoying them and getting banned).
All in all, the anti-virus program seems decent, but everything around it has become absolutely rotten. The execs over at Avast should really have a stern talk with everyone (other than their software engineers), including themselves for allowing things to deteriorate to this state.

Avast has been the "Guardian and Protector" of My personal and business use online for a very long time. Without them, I would have had multiple data breaches, malware and other threats invade My personal and Client information. I cannot thank them enough for keeping My and My Clients' information safe and sound each and every day of every year.
Worst program I have used. It does not resolve any problems...only refers you to another program to buy. I am 78 years old and have been using computers since the Atari 64 and have never had this problem. Will go back to a program worth the money.
Avast has saved me many times from being scammed, protecting me behind the scenes when I was ignorant and naiive to the evilness of some people out there. So thank you Avast for updating your professional skills to protect people like me. Please keep going

Just taken back three years+ of great level assistance from the Avast / two years+ in Romania, Sibiu, one year+ in Spain, Gandia.
Preventing and just best solutioning the current and dangerous a-periodical attacks from different sets of e-infractor within our too vulnerable, volatile, and standing too waiting the state organized e-protection. But this is the current situation, and Avast is taken up its preventive and protecting role on a serious level - versus a real responsibility.
I couldn't end without thanking, also, to the Romanian provider of the Avast PC-services, in Sibiu, Mr. eng. Tocariu from dass insibiu.
