Review Time
Despite me cancelling just 12 hours after signing, and telling me, "We don't give a cooling off period!!!!" Daisy are STILL sending me bills demanding money and now threatening action! ACTION! They don't know what action is! Three times we have called them repeating we have cancelled and leaving a one-star review listing their inefficiency and total lack of organisation. For God's sake, do not make any contact with this bunch.
Daisy Communications have been terrible. DO NOT USE. They provided a quote for a Fibre leased Line on a 36mth contract for the business and when I asked the service level they were providing for that monthly fee:- fault response time etc..... they simply ignored the question and when I persisted they eventually told me " we don't really do Service Level Agreements" when I pointed out that the Daisy Website had Service Level Agreement (SLA) as specific selling point for the Leased Line they simply went quiet and again ignored the issue. They then blamed a selling agent and tried to get them to sort it out. I advised that I would not be taking the service unless I know the response to fault being offered. (BT guarantees a 5 hr fix time).
Daisy solution was to still ignore and simply send out the hardware and inform me that they were stating billing. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
the only reason I am on here is because they simply will not engage with the issue.
The worst company it’s just a robbing company.. they want £85 +vat for the router as I just signed the contract with them about 3 months ago and the router is not turning on and it doesn’t work .. I asked them to send me a new router but they are charging me all they saying sorry or apologies.. literally I’m pay for nothing now . And if I cancel the contract they charge the determination fee £599 just don’t recommend this company
I have been emailing since November to try and close account and have now sent around 10 emails. Apart from one response, all I have received are the same generic automated responses. Tried the online chat, told to email instead.
Disappointing and frustrating to be completely ignored by a company
I spoke with a gentleman yesterday quite a few times yesterday, to sort my WiFi problem. He was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for me.
I am very happy with the service received.
Be VERY,VERY, careful! Cancelled less than 24 hours after signing. They sent me a cancellation bill for £300! When I reminded them of a 'cooling off period of 14 days', they responded, "We don't give a cooling-off period!" I replied, 'IT IS law,' and I sent a legal letter. Their response was, "As a goodwill gesture, we will forget the charge!" How many people fall for this and pay? Still, a month later, I am receiving bills and requests to reinstate my direct debit! Be very careful; a warning that this would happen is why I cancelled .
I would rate it lower if possible; they are just out to take your money at every turn. They not only deceived me but also my business partner and many others. They informed my business partner that the telephone Wi-Fi would cost £60 when it was actually £54, yet they charged him £180.
After being transferred to a new provider following their acquisition of another company, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We were misinformed about potentially being placed into a new contract that we never agreed to. It required significant effort and persistence on my part to ultimately confirm that this was incorrect. Due to this misinformation and the resulting delays, we missed our intended 90-day notice period through no fault of our own. The representative assigned to us was hard to reach, declined to return my calls despite several requests, and displayed minimal interest in assisting us. We were then informed that we could “kindly” provide 60 days’ notice instead, which effectively locked us into an additional month, accompanied by vague warnings about what our contract “should” entail—without any supporting evidence. Overall, there was poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this provider.
