I ordered a Bedside Clock for my very elderly Mum ( who has Dementia ) and realised after looking through the Website there was a far simpler and beautiful option that would suit her . I contacted Customer support and they were soooooo helpful and lovely about it . They cancelled the order ,so I could reorder the better option. I am so happy and grateful for their understanding ! Bravo !!!
