Review Time
This is a low quality Chinese business posing as a higher quality English brand - don’t be fooled. The jacket I ordered does not look like the pictures on the website, it’s badly made and poor quality to the point that there is no way I would wear it. Worse than that, when I tried to organise a return they tried to persuade me not to and offered a 10% refund instead. They then described the cost and difficulty of shipping the goods back to China whilst heavily implying it would be smarter to take a partial refund.
I will be reporting them to trading standards.
I’m also fairly certain a lot of the positive reviews on here are fake.
I wondered why their clothes are so affordable and now I know why. Don’t make the same mistake as me.
I ordered something on the 10th of February and on 22nd of February it is still not shipped. I keep getting all these AI emails apologising for delay. I’ve asked to have the order cancelled since it was not shipped and I do not need it anymore due to the delay but I’m just getting more AI emails. I will be reporting this website to the National Cyber Security Service and asking my bank to refund me.
I bought an outfit online from Avelise, days later I was emailed to say there was a delay with my order and it was not yet processed with a discount code shared to use on another order for the future. I checked my order status and the order was not processed, so I emailed them and asked for a full cancellation as the order would not reach me in time for my event I was buying the item for. They subsequently emailed me asking for a reason for my cancellation and that they would 'review' my request. I explained (although I shouldn't need to) that it would not reach me by this Friday therefore it was useless to me. I shared their policy which stated if the order was not processed i was entitled to a full return. I also screenshot my order status (not dispatched/ processed) so there should have been no issue. I got repeat emails saying this was under review. I responded each time with i would like a full refund, I am within my rights. Today, I got an email to say its not possible they have processed the order. This is days after my request. They intentionally held out to do this. I have requested a charge back from my bank and following up with Irish and UK complaints companies. I will not stand for this. Stay clear of this company.

I ordered the maisie striped knit jumper and when I tell you how soft it is, I am so satisfied, and most importantly the size matches my actual size. The sweater is just like the image on the site, delivery was quick and on time. I appreciate it, thank you and will definitely order again.
