Posting a review here as a warning to others. This is a classic scam site and I’m kicking myself that I fell for it! The site presents itself as a UK based brand and retailer, but the £70 boots I received were shipped from China, made of plastic rather than the 100% leather claimed, and generally were vastly inferior to the product photos (which I now realise were AI versions of product images available from other legitimate websites). They arrived in unbranded packaging with no tags or returns paperwork. When I contacted ‘customer services’, I was offered either a 10% partial refund or a full refund only if I paid for expensive international return shipping. The returns information on the website meanwhile, suggests returns are accepted in the UK, no doubt to tempt people to buy. I contacted my bank about the fraud and they refunded me. Avoid this site - if you do like a product you see on there, do a reverse image search to find the original legitimate product from a real retailer.
