I bought two shirts and a month has passed and i haven't recieved my products or further updates on them.The webpage doesnt have any cancellation or followup buttons, it doesnt give any feedback.The real problem is that now they started charging my credit card with a monthly subscription withuot my authorization that they name Avellia VIP and not only does absolutely nothing but it is imposible to cancel on their site, they tell you to send an email to support but they don't help you, it is only an automated responde leading nowhere.I had to report the charges to the bank, i'm on the process and Will have to cancel my credit card.Don't ever buy anything from Avellia.co
Awful product quality and terrible service.Instant regret on ordering 2 bras via Instagram ad - contacted them to cancel the order which they said they couldn't do as they already processed the order and that I would have to wait for it to arrive to request a full refund.When it arrived the product was really poor quality and even fully extended the straps were too short. I contacted the next day for a refund and was told they could only offer 50% refund or an exchange. I said based on UK consumer law I was entitled to 100% refund including shipping which they continued to say was against their policy. I'm now requesting a reverse charge through my bank as this is clearly a scam.The website and ads make it look genuine but unfortunately it is not.
Ordered two shirts for £31. Took almost a month to arrive from China. Buying directly from temu would have been quicker. Cheap polyester, they smell horrible, fitting is too loose. Got an email about a subscription which I never signed up for. You need to email to get the subscription cancelled. There is no information on return procedure on the website. Sent an email for return procedure and was told to send the item back to USA and pay a restocking fee of $15.Wish I had looked up the reviews.
I waited a whole month for my two shirts. In the promotional videos, the shirt looks stretchy and they even show that you can theoretically tear it apart by pulling it. In reality, the shirt is not stretchy at all and does not adapt well to the body.The material feels like polyester, and after wearing it for just one minute, I already felt hot. The claim that it “doesn’t need ironing” is also not true, as it has more wrinkles than my regular shirt when it’s not ironed.
Avoid at all costs. I purchased a shirt on sale, and without any clear warning or consent, Avellia secretly enrolled me in a recurring monthly subscription. This is a deceptive and scam-like practice designed to trick customers. I never agreed to pay a monthly fee. Their business model relies on hiding charges and misleading shoppers. A terrible, unethical company. I will be reporting them and disputing the charges with my bank.
The items were bad quality and didn't fit well at all. Customer service emails were painfully slow and felt AI generated. They will only refund 50% of the order if you want to return and charge a $15 restocking fee plus shipping to return. Absolute scam do not buy from here
