item incorrect - completely different coat
Sent them order and photos - very obvious incorrect coat
Return now to Asia would cost- no mention of this on website - says easy returns within 30 days of receipt with photo

I ORDERED MY HOODIES AND T.SHIRT LAST YEAR AND WAS GIFTED SOME ONLINE JOURNALS. THE JOURNALS WERE EMAILED, (NOT THAT IV'E OPENED THEM), BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CLOTHES. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO LOG COMPAINTS AND EMAILS, BUT THEY ALWAYS BOUNCE BACK AS THERE IS NO ACCOUNT.

I would also give this company ZERO stars if it were an option. I placed an order mid December 2025 for 4 "Dear person' sweatshirts for Christmas gifts. I paid for all of them and never received them. I'm writing this review on February 10th 2026. The website indicated that part of my order was shipped on December 28th, I still have not received any of my order. My attempts to contact Avenlyshop.com have been ignored and my inquiries have gone unanswered.
* Time for the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office to be notified of this scam. I hope others do the same.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I wouldn’t even rate them a one star; they don’t deserve any recognition. I placed an order on December 26, 2025, and they took the payment from my account. I still haven’t received my order, and now when I attempt to access my order details, I see that the link has been removed.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE SCAMMERS

AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE SCAMMERS. I placed an order in mid-December for holiday gifts and followed up just before and after Christmas, in the new year, and today, as I've received no emails or replies to my inquiries. I only got an order confirmation, and that was all. I had to request a refund through a payment service, and it was processed immediately.

Multiple issues with my order... I've sent several emails but haven't received any responses. When I try to track my order, it says it cannot be found, even though I have an order number. If I could give a zero, I would

If I could give a zero, I would actually prefer a -0. I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/3, and it shows as delivered on 12/28, but I never received it. I was home all day, and there were no deliveries. My emails on 1/2 and again on 1/5 were returned undeliverable. Thankfully, I paid through a payment service, so I will get my money back.
