Smooth car drop-off experience

We returned our rental car at the airport after picking it up in another city. Although we mistakenly went to the domestic terminal, it was no issue. We parked in a designated area and were promptly assisted by a staff member who efficiently handled our details and noted a minor issue with the key fob. Overall, it was quick and satisfactory service; we couldn't have asked for more. The car had a couple of minor issues, which we reported in our review.

Unsatisfactory customer service experience

My recent interaction with customer service was disappointing. The representative seemed uninterested in assisting me and was unmotivated. When I sought help with my booking, he refused to provide any constructive support and abruptly ended the call. This level of service is unacceptable for a global brand.

Overcharged with poor service

Upon returning the vehicle, I followed instructions and left the key in the dropbox. However, I was later billed for an extra day because they recorded the return inaccurately. Now, they refuse to refund the charge unless I provide proof, despite it being their property.

Highly dissatisfied with rental service

My experience was terrible, and I advise others to avoid this rental service. We faced a significant delay in receiving our vehicle and were not compensated for the wait. Additionally, despite having full insurance, I was not informed of extra charges that would apply in the event of damage. The claims process was frustrating and made us feel like we were in the wrong. If possible, I would rate them lower than one star.
