The charm is lovely although the chain was ridiculously long, to the point the charm was constantly lost inside my bra. The real problem, though, ia that any time I'm most likely to need the service - when traveling alone, when I'm away from home, or in a crowded scenario - the connection is lost or the device stops working. Every single time. What's the point? When I'm home it stays connected except in the night (???), so I have access to a phone or other people and it's not a big deal but it simply isn't usable when I'm statistically likely to need it.
I purchased through Good Morning America Deals and Steals. There was never a mention of a monthly fee. And the 6 month activation code was not included in my package. Their website is cumbersome and always takes you back to the purchase page when trying to reach them. I was told 6 free months of the monitoring only to be charged my second month. Have to go through several layers to try and cancel.
What a scam this product is. This necklace and subscription is useless. My daughters phone has to be on her or near her for this necklace to work which defeats the entire purpose for this being for safety. The first thing a predator is going to do is ditch the phone leaving the necklace useless. Secondly, in my state, cell phones are now banned in schools so if there is a safety issue in the school, the necklace again is useless. Now I am locked into a 1 year contract for something that is of no use. the necklace should work without you having to have it next to your cell phone....
Unable to pair the charm to any device. Customer service sent a replacement and exact same problem. You're supposed to trust this thing to possibly save your life and the charms won't even pair let alone be able to work in the instance of an emergency. Will be refunding or charging back in necessary. Quality control is a thing of the past.
This company is a complete scam. Not only is the jewelry very bulky, not waterproof and non chargeable, but it resembles tacky costume jewelry. On top of that, if you wish to unsubscribe from their services, they keep directing you towards sending them an email , and once they reply, they keep trying to keep you on board by asking that you send them ANOTHER email stating why you are legitimately discontinuing their services. They don’t have a customer service number and they literally are keeping my information hostage until I pursue further action. This is a very regrettable purchase, and I’d steer completely clear from them.
I received the waterproof wristband - a gift for my father who lives alone and needs something that stays with him due to recent health issues. With it advertised to work up to 30 ft from your phone means he's free to step away from his phone to use the restroom or shower safely.Upon setting it up, we found it only works approx 8-10 feet, from your phone. So you have to have both your phone and the wristband on you, which isn't helpful at least to us.We did not buy it to use the ADT/911 services so being forced to pay for the subscription (when all it's doing is using your phone via Bluetooth) already felt like a rip off but I was willing to do it bc it was what he needed otherwise. I know many people aren't happy w/ non-rechargeable battery but it's perfect for this purpose (he's not techy and wouldn't want to be bothered to remember to charge something...plus taking it off to charge means the risk of a health incident without it on..). The product did work as advertised as long as the phone is next to the product. And the wristband was comfortable/slim. But giving 1 star for poor customer service and item not working as advertised.I first tried it on a brand new Apple phone. Then paired it to my android phone with same result. When using any other Bluetooth device with my android, it goes strong through walls from one end of the house to the other. The issue is with invisawear not our phones. When submitting this issue to the company in hopes for a fix because I really want to keep it, I got a blanket response saying it's up to my phone's Bluetooth how far it works. They obviously did not read what I wrote them, considering I explained it wasn't just with 1 phone.I've responded asking for more help every day since (3 more messages) but no further response. At this point I'm seeking a full refund because not only does their product not work as advertised but if this is their customer service then I'm not struggling doing business with them as we continue to pay a monthly subscription to them...For what?
The actual product is fine but the customer service for this company is non-existent. I recommend other services if you'd like for anyone to actually talk to you.I ordered two necklaces for my wife and daughter. One necklace came with no necklace. Just a pendant and box. The other was fine. Invisawear has zero methods of customer contact outside of a single email address. You can't call them, you can't chat with them. All you can do is send them an email. So, I did; which got me an immediate auto-reply that they would contact me within 24 hours. That goes by silently. I followed up with another email and another 24 hours goes by silently. I look everywhere for some other way to contact this company but they don't exist outside of an email. It's funny how every review here has this company responding to email them to an email address they don't actually respond from.I wish I did more research before purchasing from a company with no customer service. I'll be filing a chargeback with my credit card company.Edit: They finally responded; but only after my negative review was posted. In their message, they claimed my support request was filtered into their spam folder. That doesn’t add up. I submitted the request through their official website form and received an auto-reply from their main inbox, confirming receipt. As someone who owns an IT firm, I can confidently say that autoresponders don’t reply to spam, don't filter internal e-mails from their POS system, and their eventual message contained no spam recovery flags. That explanation feels disingenuous. They also mentioned limited staffing as the reason for their lack of response. I understand not every company has a large support team, but it’s not a good look to make the consequences of internal staffing decisions the customer’s problem. If email is your only support channel, then it needs to work reliably. Silence, followed by a defensive explanation only after a public complaint, doesn’t inspire trust. While I sympathize with small teams, understaffing isn’t an excuse for silence, especially when the only method of contact is email. If you choose not to offer a phone number or live chat, then timely email support is the bare minimum. Poor staffing may explain a delay, but it doesn’t excuse complete inaccessibility.Based on this response, my rating will remain as it stands. Accountability should be the bare minimum in customer relations.
It worked at first but it has been a couple years and it just stopped working....not very durable. Also for the amount of money I spent I personally don't think this has been worth it because it has to be connected to your phone via bluetooth and it needs wifi to send the text alert so if something happens with your phone it's useless.
returned product without using - my mom could not push the button. paid $129.99 - with my refund only receive $89.00 AND they continued to charge for the service when I asked all to be cancelled $19.99. NOT like their online refund states $10 restocking fee?? They billed me $40+19.99 = $59.99 MORE than just $10. BEWARE

They look like everyday accessories but they are actually safety devices. There is a button hidden on the backside. Simply double-click the button to immediately text up-to five people a link to your GPS location and to let them know you need help. You can also enable the free 9-1-1 feature (US only) to connect with 9-1-1 dispatchers.
