Received the wrong dress immediately contacted customer services and received a sharp email with an apology for “unacceptable “ error and told “ raised an internal enquiry at the warehouse “ I received the correct item next day I was assured the Royal Mail would collect incorrect item …. Nothing ! This is not the first time this has happened makes on line shopping very stressful

I returned my items but unfortunately Ro&Zo has charged me again rather than refunded. I am hoping I hear from them tomorrow to refund my original payment and also the money that was taken instead of being refunded. Total £296 minus the delivery charge. I am very worried about this. I will give a better rating once this serious matter has been resolved.
