It takes a couple of months for the effects to kick in But as an eczema sufferer who had flaky skin, it’s been a game changer. Skin is less itchy and dry and feels and looks a lot better. My osteopath who I tend to see twice year, was amazed by the difference between visits. So it’s not an overnight fix, I saw results a few weeks in and full benefits about two to three months of taking it.
