If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This app works when it wants, and it took me almost a week to be able to watch anything because they would and they never get back with me. Besides, giving me the runaround, trying to get it going. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

ONCE THEY HAVE THE MONEY WELL TECH SUPPORT SUCKS.. BEEN OVER A MONTH OF NOT BEING ABLE TO WATCH TV .THE ONLY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM IS THRU EMAILS AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO RESPOND AND WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE WE ARE GETTING SOMEWHERE WITH THE ISSUE AT HAND WELL THAT PERSON HANDS THE PROBLEM TO ANOTHER AGENT AND SO FORTH . BIGGEST MISTAKE IS GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO SOLVING THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REFUND AT ALL. THE ONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND IS TO CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION BUT YOU ONLY HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME..SO BE WARNED

All was fine .Suddenly on a Saturday…

All was fine .Suddenly on a Saturday night my screen went blank. Next morning was not resolved. Messaged Ayoumas. They made sure to let me know they were on the west coast . After a few hours got an automated response saying regular maintenance was being done, sorry for the inconvenience. No message beforehand. A few hour later nothing was resolved. Received a few messages that they were working on an issue affecting some customers. Hours later nothing resolved, no response to any messages I send (it is a weekend on the west coast). Terrible customer service on an issue that they caused. Little regard for the customer as it is THEIR weekend. Before this debacle it was great. Now you get what you get
