Just finiesed a week-long trip in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. I was a bit skeptical about sing a digital SIM, bug gigago esim was flawless. I had 5G almost everywhere, and the speeds were consistently hight for my video call. It beat paying the ridiculous roaming fees from my home provider. Highly recommend.

A couple of hours after purchasing and before even installing I requested a refund and never received Been chasing them by WhatsApp for 3 days and they keep saying they will get back to me and then closing the chat so I have to request a refund again and again! So low!
I bought an e sim and because of my stupid self I couldn't read some stuff but the support team gladly gave me a refund. Would buy again if I needed the purpose of this. I would advice anyone who needs data on the go for their phone to consider this service.
The esim only worked in Thailand (where I was only for 2 days as a layover) and not in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Therefore, I had to buy local sim cards and the customer service was not helpful at all. They did offer a 40% refund, which was not really satisfying. As I was traveling, I didn't get back to them in time and now their offer of the partial refund expired.
